4:15 AM is way too early to go for a run, but I did it in support of my better half who is struggling to find time in her very busy work schedule to prepare for her second half marathon in early September. I am actually quite grateful that she asked me to go. Otherwise, I probably would have failed to try to go for the 11 miles that my schedule asked for today.

While I once again did not hit my target pace, I did complete the scheduled distance and that's better than nothing. The temperature was a "mild" 72 degrees, but the humidity levels are just crazy. I don't remember struggling this much last year. Anyway, I am glad both Anya an I got our training in for the day. I finally get a rest day tomorrow and I am pretty sure I need it. I am chugging one Gatorade and Propel after another trying to rehydrate...good times.
