03 April 2010
I finished the day with a short and sweet 3 miler, allowing my muscles to loosen up from this morning's workout. I left work, headed home and changed and then drove to the Indian Creek Greenway in Madison to meet my soccer team. The greenway was once again packed. It's great to see people out walking and running. During the winter months, it seemed like no one else existed when we hit the greenway and trails. Now that the temps are warming up, the parks and trails fill with live again. Note to self, I need to be sure to start packing more fluids again. The rise in temps means an increased need for fluid intake, during and after my runs.
